DHV and Modern Group have joined forces in the field of sustainable building in China and want to found an Innovation Centre for sustainable building in Beijing. One of the main goals is to create a Zero-energy building. Together with the design team, Five Spices have developed a plan for this Innovation Centre. Apart from the concept, Five Spices was responsible for the design of the interior and of the exhibition. Five Spices also developed the presentation film to accompany the presentation of the plan to the board and a Dutch delegation lead by Minister of State, Mr. Heemskerk, Design team consisting of: DHV Shanghai, Bear Architects, DWA and Five Spices.
