'A floating and revolving zero-energy building that can serve as an informations centre and meeting place.' That was the theme for the brainstorm sessions in which DWA, Bear Architects and Five Spices tried to develop an innovative concept. The input of Five Spices especially focussed on the concept/communication, the content and design of the exhibition.
